S. N. Shortnacy
Funeral services for Silas Nathan Shortnacy, 52, of Route 1, Rockwall, a retired farmer and rancher, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday in the First Baptist Church in Heath, Rockwall County. Burial will be in the Heath Cemetery.
Mr. Shortnacy died in Dallas Tuesday.
A native of Rockwall County he was a member of the Heath Baptist Church and the Heath Masonic Lodge.
Survivors; Wife; two sons, Louis Shortnacy of Mesquite and Calvin Shortnacy of Dallas; four daughters, Mrs. Lois Brummett and Mrs. Emma Taylor of Dallas, Mrs. Faye Brummett of Forney and Mrs. Margie Williams of Arlington; a sister, Mrs. Mattie Hicks of Mesquite, and 14 grandchildren.
