The funeral of Martha, the seven-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. Chalmers Cook, who died at the home of her parents Wednesday night, was conducted yesterday afternoon at the home on East Eleventh street, Rev. W. B. Lindsay, pastor of the First A. R. P. church, conducted the services. Interment was in Oaklawn cemetery [Note: Headstone photographed at Elmwood].
Besides her parents, the little girl is survived by Eloise and Ruth Cook, sisters, and one brother, J. Chalmers, Jr.
