Born in Bluff Town, Ohio he lived in the area for 45 years. He was a retired machinist and a member of the Mennonite Church.
Survivors include sons Waldo and Arthur both of Silverton, Roy, Salem, and Jake, Canby; 12 grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at the Emanuel Mennonite Church, Pratum. Interment will be in the Pratum Cemetery, Unger mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
