Born Oct. 14, 1943 in Rushville, she was the daughter of Harley and Susan (Jenkins) Kaster, both deceased. She married Marshall E. Lee July 31, 1971; he died Aug. 30, 1998.
Mrs. Lee was a QMA and had worked at Miller's Merry Manor several years. She was a member of the Family Worship Center and American Legion Auxiliary.
Survivors include daughter, Karrie (Rick) Eckel of Rushville; sisters, Peggy Totsch of Rushville and Patty (Jerry) McDaniel of Milroy; brother-in-law, Wilbur Barnard of Rushville; one step granddaughter, Hether Eckel of Indianapolis; and special loved ones, Hannah and Dylan Kennedy of Rushville
Besides her parents she was preceded by four siblings, Harley and Bill Kaster, Margaret McClurg and Martha Barnard.
A Life Celebration will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Todd Funeral Home in Rushville with Dr. Dennis Bowman and Pastor Ted Totsch officiating. Burial will follow in Arlington East Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
