Dons work history included baking for Albertsons food center, working as a cutting timer, gas station owner, owner of Tour Ice of Idaho Falls, owner of Carousel Bakery and Deli and for impact food sales. Don loved telling stories about the fish that got away. He was an avid fisherman and took yearly fishing trips with his son Darin and grandson Derek. Don loved working with stained glass, gardening and playing cards with friends. He also enjoyed taking trips in the 5th Wheel with wife, family and friends. He was a lifelong member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He is survived by his wife LaFaye of 47 years;Daughter LaDawn (John) Milton of Coolidge, Az; Son Darin (ValRee) Lowe of North Ogden, Ut;five granchildren; Ashley, Kylee and SHianne Ogzewalla, Jessica (Mike) Thompson and Derek Lowe; Sisters Connie (Stan) Brangham and Janet Gallucci. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, sister.
