Helen Nelson Lowe, age 78, died June 19, 1990, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Born April 18, 1912, in McCammon, Idaho to James J. and Helena Christensen Nelson. She married Connie Higgins who preceded her in death. She married Glen Lowe, on September 19, 1937, in Franklin, Idaho. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. Member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and member of the Danish Lodge in Pocatello, Idaho. She loved quilting and fishing.
Survived by her husband Glen, Salt Lake City; three daughters, Mrs. George (Darline) Eichelberger, Arimo, Idaho; Mrs. Stan (Connie) Brangham, Pocatello, Idaho; and Mrs. Mike (Janet) Galluci, Providence, Rhode Island; son, Don (wife, Lafaye) Lowe, Boise, Idaho; 14 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren; sisters, Blanche Griffith and June Ostrander, both of Salt Lake City. Preceded in death by two sons, a grandson, a sister, and a brother.
Funeral services Saturday, June 23rd, at 12 Noon, Larkin Chapel, 260 East South Temple, where friends may call Friday evening, 7-8 p.m., and on Saturday, one hour prior to services. Graveside services at 4 p.m., at the Franklin (Idaho) Cemetery.
