Charles' OCCUPATION a Coal Mine tipple operator employed by Consolidated Coal in Acosta, Jenner twp, Somerset County, Pennsylvania. Charles died as a result of ill health, exposure from the elements, pnuemonia and Pancreatitis Cholecystite. Caught in snow storm in the mountains above Somerset while hunting with cousins, he returned home after three (3) days wet, cold, feverish and dehrdrated. Taken to Windber Hospital, he died having been hospitalized several before he passed away at age 31.

OBITUARY published 01/19/1927 in the Somerset Daily American Newspaper READ:
"ACOSTA. Jan 13,= Funeral Services for Charles OGLINE, aged 30 years, of this place, who died of a complication of diseases Tuesday evening at the Windber Hospital, will be held at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon in the local Presbyterian Church, conducted by the Rev. A.W. Hayes, pastor. Internment will be in the Casbeer Luthern Cemetery. Undertakers Park Hoffman & Son of Jennerstown, will be in charge of the funeral.
Mr. Ogline is survived by his widow, Mrs. Goldie (Dunmeyer) Ogline, and two children, Geraldine & Gilbert Blaine Ogline. He also leaves his parents, Mr. & Mrs. Solomon Ogline, residing near here, and the following brothers and sisters: Oran Ogline, Harry Ogline, Mrs. Carrie Kimmel, Mrs. Mary Nicklow, Mrs. Maggie Folmer, Mrs. Edith Murray, and Mrs. Bertha Roberts all residing in the vicinity of Acosta".
