FUNERAL SERVICES HELD FOR STUART
Funeral services for John A. Stuart, 64, long time Pawhuska banker and father of Bob Stuart, of The American Bank of Wagoner, were held Friday morning, March 4th.
Stuart associated with the First National Bank of Pawhuska from 1927 until the time of his death Tuesday night, March 1, 1949, in his home after suffering a heart attack. Before moving to Pawhuska, John was associated with a bank in Ralston, Oklahoma.
Besides his wife Lora, Stuart is survived by nine children; four brothers; and three sisters.
Among those attending the funeral services in Pawhuska was R.M. Grimes of Wagoner.
