Husband of Ebba Christine Anderson of Greeley, Weld County, Colorado; married on 20 March 1924.

"Clifford H. Whitaker, 80, 1012 31st Avenue, died Friday, December 28th at Swedish Medical Center in Denver.
Born at Hazard, Nebraska, June 13th, 1893, he farmed for many years in Nebraska, coming to Greeley from Sioux County in 1936. He also farmed in Weld County until he moved to his present home in 1959. He married Ebba Anderson in Greeley on March 20th, 1924.
He was a member of the Mountain View Evangelical Free Church, the Gideon International Society and Columbine Barracks No. 1569, World War One Veterans.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, Mrs. Ebba C. Whitaker, are two sons and two daughters; Darrel Whitaker of Littleton and Spec. 5 Calvin Whitaker of Fort Carson; Mrs. Lily E. Smith of Portland, Oregon and Mrs. Jane Ann Smith of Spokane, Washington and 12 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Macy Allnott Drawing Room. Interment will be in the Linn Grove Cemetery.
If friends wish, memorial gifts may be sent to the Gideon International Society, or to the Mountain View Evangelical Free Church."
