After her son Harry Franklin Smith was born she met and married Harry L Sampson Jan 6 1929. No other children were ever born. Mr. Sampson never officially adopted Harry F., but the boy used the last name his entire life. The three lived in Mira Mar, San Diego, California and vacationed many times in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. After Harry F joined the US Navy, they moved to Renton, King, Washington for the remainder of their lives. The two were inseparable, and only about 6 months after her passing, her husband followed her.
