Mrs. G.E. Cheek

Mrs. Carrie Ellen Cheek, 86, of 8 Speed St., Monaghan ills, widow of Gilbert E. Cheek, died at 8:30 pm yesterday at a local nursing home.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Ola Busbee and Mrs. J.F. Veehorn of Greenville, two sisters, Mrs. Eula Cox of Seneca and Mrs. Rosie Riddle of Greenwood, 17 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Jones Funeral Home. The body will be at the home after 5 pm today.
