Funeral services for William H. Fletcher, 58, of 508 Evans St., were conducted Thursday at 2 p.m. at Vase Funeral Home, Bishop Clarence Sargent of the LDS Church officiating. Burial was in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers were William Uranker, David (Bud) Wilson, Robert Wilde, Rom Robertson, Kiser Elich and Clarence Potter.
Mr. Fletcher died Monday, Feb. 8, at Sweetwater County Memorial Hospital, where he had been a patient 2 ½ weeks. He had been in ill health since July.
A lifetime resident of Rock Springs, Mr. Fletcher was born here July 7, 1912, the son of the late Andrew J. and Jessie Dickson Fletcher.
At the time of his death, he was employed by Mountain Fuel Supply Co., where he had been a utility man more than 20 years.
He married the former Louise (Boots) Hardin in Manila, Utah, July 1, 1932. He attended school in Rock Springs and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Surviving are his wife, Louise, of Rock Springs; his son-in-law and daughter, Joseph and Alberta Kruljac of Rock Springs; his son and daughter-in-law, William A. and Helen Fletcher; a brother-in-law and sister, Frank and Laura Remc, all of Rock Springs; two half-sisters, Mrs. Florence Parr of Reno, Nev., and Mrs. Jessie Gilbert of Salt Lake City; eight grandchildren; his father-in-law, Albert Hardin of Rock Springs, and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
