Eula Pina Patterson and her younger sister Jewell Hayse Patterson were the daughters of Albert Patterson and Nannie Jackson Patterson. They were orphaned at a young age and were raised by their maternal grandparents, Rozetta Jane (Sewell) Jackson and James Pryor Jackson.
BETHEL SPRINGS - Eula Pina Young, 86, died Sunday at McNairy County General Hospital in Selmer. Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Shackelford Funeral Home in Selmer with burial in Lake Hill Memory Gardens. Mrs. Young leaves three daughters, Sue Plunk of Bethel Springs, Betty Holmes of Adamsville and Bobbie Latta of Selmer; a son, Lloyd Young of Selmer; a sister, Jewell Milford of Bethel Springs, five grandchildren and 11 great- grandchildren.
