Alden D. Dunn, 89, 1420 N. Lincoln St., Greensburg, died Thursday, April 30, 1992 at noon in North Lincoln Village, Greensburg.
He was born Dec.8, 1902 in Franklin County, the son of Nehimiha and Ann Coleman Dunn. He was a retired farmer, and resided in the New Salem and Andersonville communities most of his life.
On May 3, 1930, he married Anna Louise Wolferst, and she survives; with four sons, William Dunn, Kendallville, Ind., Alden N. Dunn, Rushville, Ind., John R. Dunn, Brookville, Ind., and Robert L. Dunn, R.R.5, Greensburg; five daughters, Mrs. Gail (Betty) Bockover, Greensburg, Lillian Allison, Clarksburg, Ind., Tillie Howe, Connersville, Ind. and Mrs. Donald (Dorothy) Stevens, Westport, and Bertha Halcom, Cromwell, Ind.; one brother, Everett Dunn, Andersonville, Ind.; two sisters, Rachel Carlin, Connersville, Ind., and Maxine Wyatt, Rushville, Ind.; several grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one brother, three grandsons; two sisters and one granddaughter.
Services will be conducted by the Rev. Kenneth Bates at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Moster and Cox Mortuary, Rushville, Ind.
Burial will be in the Hopewell Cemetery in Rush County, Ind.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
