SHERIDAN, Ark. - Gay Nell McCardle Miller, 79, a homemaker, died of heart failure Wednesday at Trinity Medical Center in Pine Bluff, Ark.
Graveside services are 2 p.m. today at Hazlehurst City Cemetery. Visitation is 10 a.m. to noon today at Stringer Funeral Home of Hazlehurst, Miss.
Mrs. Miller was a lifelong resident of Hazlehurst. She moved to Arkansas in 1993. She was a member of First Baptist CHurch in Hazlehurst where she was active in the Kinozellan Sunday School Class and the Auctioneers. She was the widow of Webb Bradley Miller.
Survivors include: son, Gerald Webb Miller of Leeds, Ala.; daughter, Jane Miller Slocum of Sheridan; brother John W. McCardle of Hazlehurst; and six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
