WABASH--Mrs. Eliza Glazier, aged 80 years, well known resident of the southside, died at her home Wednesday. She had been a semi-invalid for the past 30 years since her residence in this city.
She was a daughter of Charles and Sarah Chapman and was born in Plymouth, N.Y. The family came to Indiana in 1850 and until 1892 lived in Peru, after which they moved to this city.
She was married to Harlow Glazier in 1892 and seven children were born, five of whom survive. The children surviving are: Frank Glazier of Fort Wayne; James Glazier, Bunker Hill; Mrs. Maud Putnam, near Wabash; and Fred and Stella Glazier, of Wabash.
Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at the Middle Street Methodist church, the name of which was given by Mrs. Glazier when the structure was built. Burial in the Friends cemetery.
