Son of Joseph & Catherine (Wyant) Croyle, married Caroline John a daughter of Henry John. Adam was a miner for many years but later on he worked around the Brick Plants for a long time. Adam was a good natured man and could take a lot he was a very tolerant man in many respects. Adam was a a very well read man in the Holy Bible but did not put his talent to good use until just a short time before his death, he repented all his transgressions and died a Christian man. He was well liked by everybody who knew him and he was known far and wide. Adam left some thoughts and memories upon the mind of the writer that shall never be forgotten and will always be cherished by me. Adam died of a complication of diseases. He hardly knew what his real name was as he was mostly called by his nick name (ROCK). Adam lived most all his live in Armstrong Co., PA
