My 2nd Great-Uncle Luden was the son of Caleb Greenland (1811-1893) and Christena Curfman Greenland (1819-1893). He married Jennie Nailes (1853-1922). They had the following children:

(1) Walter E. Greenland (?-1906)
(2) Howard E. Greenland (1884-1907)
(3) Ora Greenland King (1885-1956)
(4) Robert B. Greenland (1889-1968)

Luden ran away from home when he was still a boy to join the Union Army. He was in the 184th PA Inf., Co. C during the Civil War.
