Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday in Forsyth Methodist Church with the Rev. Greg Courtright officiating. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Monday in Calvert Funeral Home, Maro. Private family interment will be in Maroa Cemetery.
Mr. Beal was born February 4, 1953, in Decatur, the son of Loren W. and Marjorie R. (Hall) Beal. He was an affiliated member of Forsyth United Methodist Church. He was a graduate of University of Illinois with Broze Tablet Honors in engineering. He farmed in Macon County for 27 years and was a former member of the board of directors of the Macon County Farm Bureau. He married Deborah Malone Odle on December 28, 1990, in Forsyth, IL.
Surviving are his wife; parents of Decatur; children, Alison Beal and Robert Beal, both of Mt. Zion; Allison (Jason) Brutlag of Fairbury; brother, Kenneth Beal of Denver, CO.; David Beal of Carrollton, TX.; Andrew (Sarah) Beal of Houston, TX.
