OBITUARY:
From Minneapolis Messinger Thursday, July 29, 1919---John Lloyd Peters was born at Cozard, Nebraska, Dawson County, March 11, 1896. Died Wednesday, July 16. 1919, age 23 years, 4 months, 5 days. His last illness caused by sunstroke. Lloyd was married December 13, 1917 to Lora Roland of Salina who with a young son survive him. Funeral Services were conducted by Rev. J. M. Mahaffy of the Presbyterian church at the home of the deceased parents, Mrs. and Mrs. H. L. Peters, Saturday morning at 10:00 o'clock. Interment at Highland Cemetery.

CARDS OF THANKS: We wish to thank the friends and neighbors for the many acts of kindness during the sickness and death of our beloved husband, son and brother; also for the beautiful floral offerings and the messages of sympathy.
