Samuel Fowler Dies Here Today

Retired Potter Succumbs at Home Of Brother -in-Law in Avondale Street; Funeral Monday. Samuel W. Fowler, 78, died early today in the home of his brother-in-law, John McShane at 719 Avondale street. Mr. Fowler, who was born in West Virginia, spent the greater part of his life in East Liverpool. He was a kiln placer by trade and a member of the Sebring Presbyterian church. He recently has lived in Sebring. He leaves his widow, Mrs. Anna McShane Fowler and a sister, Miss May Bell Fowler of Sebring. Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. in the McShane home in charge of Dr. J. H. Lawther, pastor of the First Presbyterian church, assisted by Rev. Paul T. Gerard, pastor of the Sebring Presbyterian church. Burial will be made in Riverview cemetery. Friends are asked to call at the McShane home Saturday night and Sunday.
