Burial followed in the church cemetery under the direction of Edmonds Funeral Home of Jonesboro.
Mr. Prince, a retired farmer, died Wednesday in a Shreveport hospital following a lengthy illness. He was 63 years of age and a native of Winn Parish.
Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Dollie Prince, Dodson; two daughters, Miss Nelda Rae Prince, Dodson; and Mrs. W. E. Sanders, Minden; two sons, Edsel, Dodson, and Victor, Ft. Valley, Ga.; two sisters; six brothers, and seven grandchildren.
