SHREVEPORT - Graveside services for Mrs. Merle P. Murray, 71, of Shreveport will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday May 5, 1987, at Forest Park Cemetery under the direction of Rose-Neath's Marshall Street Chapel. The Rev. David Rakes, associate pastor of Broadmoor Baptist Church will officiate.

Mrs. Murray died Monday May 4, 1987, at Schumpert Medical Center following a lengthy illness. A native of Winn Parish, she had lived in Shreveport most of her life. She was a member of Broadmoor Baptist Church and was retired from the auditing department of Sears, Roebuck & Co.

She is survived by her husband, Mr. E. C. Murray of Shreveport; one son, Carlton Murray of Shreveport; two brothers, Ellis Prince of Shreveport, Dr. Earl Prince of Monroe; one granddaughter, Susie Murray of Shreveport.

Pallbearers will be family members and close friends.
