Mr. Henry was born in Dycusburg, KY, the son of Marion and Beulah (Duncan) Henry.
He is survived by his wife, Vena Fay (Martin) Henry; two daughters; a son; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and a brother William C. Henry Sr. of Geneseo, Illinois.
Services were held 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 5, 2008, at Hosick Funeral Home in Rosiclare with the Rev. Fred Birch and the Rev. Roy Lee Baker officiating.
Burial was in Stone Church Cemetery, rural Elizabethtown.
