Funeral services for Frank Ketcher, 83, of 1007 North Gertrude, where held Monday at 2 p.m. in the Church of God with the Rev. Carl Murphy officiating. Burial was in Pioneer Cemetery under direction of Mallett Funeral Home. Serving as pallbearers were grandsons, David Ketcher, Larry Ketcher, Mike Ketcher, Steve Hibbs, Doug Hibbs and Hilbert Hibbs.
Born the son of Tuck and Oney Ketcher on April 15, 1903 at Yonkers, Indian Territory, he died Wednesday, February 16, 1986, at Wagoner Community Hospital. Mr. Ketcher was a lifetime resident of Wagoner County and had lived in Wagoner since 1954. He was a retired farmer and a former county employee.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lula Belle and a son, Wayne. Survivors include 12 children; five sons, Marland of Wagoner, Larry of Broken Arrow, John of Tahlequah, Wallace of Salina and Richard of Turlock, California, and seven daughters, Naomi Daniels, Sue Harmon and Darlene Copeland, all of Wagoner, Alene Adams, Wanda Hibbs and Jean Hibbs, all of Tulsa, and Frankie Hibbs of Claremore. In addition, he is survived by three sisters, Mable Smith, Lila Sly and Lillian Williams, all of Wagoner; 39 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren.
