Richard L. Ketcher
Mr. Ketcher was born May 15, 1931 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the son of Frank Ketcher, Lula Belle Cannon Ketcher. He enjoyed watching his kids and grandkids play baseball and basketball. He traveled to whatever town he needed in order to spend time with his family. His favorite sport was fishing. He loved traveling to Oklahoma every year to spend time with his family, and worked on a cabin he owned there. He enjoyed gardening in his back yard and helping out at the local food bank. He was a faithful member of Bethel Community Church. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Mr. Ketcher is survived by his wife, Bonnie Ketcher of Los Banos; children Leon Ketcher of Los Banos, Kenny Ketcher of Los Banos, Brenda Ketcher of Hemet and Sherry Hess of Okla.; 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be on Thursday, may 5 from 5 to 7 pm at Whitehurst Funeral Chapel, Los Banos. Services will be on Friday, May 6 at 1 pm at Whitehurst Funeral Chapel, Los Banos. Interment is in Los Banos Cemetery, Los Banos, Merced County, California.
