Minnie Toler Parsons, 73, died Sunday, December 14, 2008, at her residence.
She was born June 28, 1935, in Guilford County, N.C., she was the daughter of the late Guilford Lynn Toler and the late Nettie Preston Toler. She was married to the late Richard Morton Parsons, Jr., who died May 5, 2006.
In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Parsons is predeceased by three sisters, Kathleen "Cassie" Peoples, Sally Jane Toler Shown and Della Mae Toler Jones, and one brother, Elton Lynn Toler. Mrs. Parsons is also predeceased by one son, Randy Thomas Parsons.
Since Minnie passed in Dec 2008 she has lost another brother, Franklin Thomas Toler in Jan. 2011. Mrs. Parsons is survived by one brother and three sisters. She also has six grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Minnie was a fine woman who cared for her husband and her home in a tremendous way. She was a fine wife to her husband and a great "Aunt" to her many nieces and nephews. She is loved and missed by all of her family who remembers her.
