Leo Lambert

Leo F. Lambert, 88, 1340 Whitney Ave., died during the weekend at Harrison Memorial Hospital. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Forest Lawn Cemetery, with the Rev. Donald Payne officiating.

A native of Alsace-Lorraine, France, Mr. Lambert was born April 1, 1884, to Leon and Eugenie Lambert. He came to America in 1888, with his parents.

The family lived in Missouri for a short time, then moved to Indiana.

In 1908, they moved to Bremerton, where Mr. Lambert was to reside for most of his life. He retired from PSNS as a boilmaker helper in 1946.

Mr. Lambert is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Walter (Irene) Goehrs and Mrs. James (Marie) Suldan, both of Bremerton; and by a niece and a nephew.

Lewis Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
