Phelix (or Felix) was the son of Henry and Elizabeth (Sellers) Beaver. He was born between 1820 and 1822 in Ohio and came to Indiana with his parents. He married on March 16, 1843 in Hamilton County to Rachel Brown. Known children are Henry, John, William, Perry, James and Nancy. Phelix was a witness to his parent's land transaction. He died about april 1883, which was prior to 7 July 1885, when George W. Ingerman was appointed executor of his estate in Hamilton County, Indiana.
