DIED OF TYPHOID FEVER
Ferman C Beyer passed away at the home
of E.H. Levy at Northwood.
Ferman C. Beyer, whose home was
near Franklinville, Huntingdon county,
who had been suffering from typhoid
fever for the past five weeks at the
home of his father-in-law, Edwin H.
Levy, died at 2.10 this morning. He
was aged 22 years and 1 month.
The deceased was born near Ramey.
He was the son of Solomon and Maria
E. Beyer who reside on a farm near
Franklinville. On July 24, 1902, at Altoona,
he was united in marriage to
Miss Annie M. Levy, daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Edwin H. Levy, of this place.
Mr. Beyer was employed as a flreman
on the middle division of the Pennsylvania
railroad, and was a member of the
relief department.
Surviving are his wife of only three
months; his parents Mr. and Mrs. Soloman
Beyer, of Franklinville; two sisters,
Mrs, Neal Griffith, of Ramey, and
Mrs. Homer Donnelly, of Water Street;
and one brother, D. H. Beyer, of Franklinville.
The deceased was a kind, loving
husband, son and brother. The remains
were taken today to the home of
his parents near Franklinville, where
Rev. E. M. Aller, of Warriorsmark,
will conduct the funeral services on
Wednesday afternoon.
A precious one from us Is called,
A voice we loved is stilled,
A place is vacant in our home
That never can be filled.
God in his wisdom has recalled
The bloom his love has given,
And though the body slumbers here
The soul rests safe in Heaven.
