David Henshey Beyer
Died Saturday morning at 9.30 o'clock at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Frank A. Cupp of W arriors Mark. He was born Nov. 27, 1866, at Glenn Hope, Clearfield county, the son of Solomon and Elizabeth (Shoaf) Beyer. He was married in September, 1885, at Tipton to Miss Eliza Alice Beamer. Surviving are two sons and seven daughters, Solomon and Frederick D. Beyer and Mrs. Frank Thomas, all of Tyrone; Mrs. George Stombaugh of Altoona, Mrs. Clarence Purdue of Curwensville, Mrs. Frank Cupp of Warriors Mark, Mrs. David P. Solley of Waltersburg, Mrs. Charles Robison and Mrs. Samuel Brisbin, both of Tyrone: twenty- six grandchildren; sixteen greatgrandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Mary Donnelly of Water Street. He was a former car inspector on the Tyrone division of the Pennsylvania railroad and was a member of the First Presbyterian church, Tyrone. Interment was made this afternoon.
