Anthony "Tooty Boy" Isreal, 36, died Friday at HCA Putnam Community Hospital following a brief illness.
A native of Cape charles, Va., he had lived in Palatka all of his life. He was a 1971 graduate of Palatka Central High School.
He is survived by his mother, Elouise Isreal of Palatka; two sisters, Barbara Harris of Washington, D.C., and Ella Ruth Isreal of Maryland; three brothers, Johnny Lee Isreal of Los Angeles, Connie Ray Isreal of Columbia, S.C., and Arthur Lee Isreal, U.S. Army, Germany.
Arrangements will be announced by D. A. Boyd and Sons Funeral Home, Palatka.
