OBITUARY;
Matilda Henry was born March 19, 1812, and departed this life on March 6, 1892 age 79 years 11 months and 17 days. She was married to Elisha G. Adams in Morgan County Ill. in 1827. In 1828 they came to this county and settled on the farm where she has since resided. She was converted in March 1839 and united with the Missionary Baptist Church and lived a consistent Christian life and left a bright testimony that she went home to rest. She was the Mother of 13 Children.
