The daughter of the late Earl and Lillie (Karr) Campbell was born on Dec. 22, 1915, in Clifford, and had resided in Midland most all her life. She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church (Bayliss & Cherry Sts.) Midland.
She is survived by one son, Ray (Kathy) Alexander; three daughters, Ann Louise (John) Gallihugh, Ruth Horstman and Nancy (Ted) Tiede; two daughters in-law, Beverly Alexander and Margaret Burton; 30 grandchildren; 55 great-grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Roy; two brothers, Stanley and Robert Campbell; three sisters, Dorothy Whitman, Nita Gamet and Almeda Cole; three sons, Leo, Donald and Wesley Alexander; one daughter, Elaine LaLone; and two grandsons, Allen and Brent Alexander. In keeping with Margaret's and her families wishes, cremation will take place. A family prayer by Pastor Sam Hamilton will be said 11 a.m. Saturday Jan. 10, 2009, at Floral Gardens Cemetery Chapel.
