The relatives and friends of Mr. & Mrs. Robert E. Fuseler are invited to attend the funeral services of the former Wednesday morning, December 28, 2005 in The Lutheran Church of The Redeemer at two o'clock.
Interment, Live Oak Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at J. HENRY STUHR, INC. WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL Tuesday from six until eight o'clock.
He was born July 23, 1926 in Charleston, SC, the son of Henry W. and Anna Lilienthal Fuseler.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Jeanean Mims Fuseler; Two daughters: Annette Fuseler Burch of Huger, SC and Tamara Fuseler Sanders and her husband, Johnny, of James Island, SC. Also surviving are his grandchildren: Robert Burch, Jake Burch, Lindsey Burch and Lydia Burch, of Huger, SC, Cadence Sanders, and Davis Sanders of James Island; a brother, Henry W. Fuseler, Jr. and his wife Winnie of James Island; and one sister, Gesine F. Hilton, of Lexington, SC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Mr. Fuseler served honorably in the U.S. Navy and was a retired automotive machinist.
He was Past Chancellor Commander of the Knights of Pythias Stonewall-Jasper Lodge #6 and Past Grand Chancellor Commander of South Carolina Knights of Pythias.
He was a charter member of The Lutheran Church of The Redeemer and served several terms on the church council. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to The Lutheran Church of The Redeemer, 714 Riverdale Drive, Charleston, SC 29407.
