Their son was Benjamin FRANKLIN Sloan born 1810. However I cannot locate his tombstone. Documents prove Benjamin Franklin Sloan was their son. Old Pendleton District court records list his full name and birth year, 1810, and that he was the son of David McCurdy Sloan, Jr. Also, Nancy T. Sloan's will, #S108093, filed in the Anderson District, Pickens District of SC, mentions him as "Benjamin F. Sloan".
I believe Nancy died in South Carolina because her will was probated in Anderson District/Pickens District of S.C., but I'm not sure in which district she died.
