A. Ed. Weil, 73, was found dead in his home at 1753 Peirce street about 3 pm Tuesday by his wife. She returned home after spending 24 hours with her sister in St. Elizabeth Hospital. Mr. Weil apparently died in his sleep about 1 a.m. Tuesday. He has visited with neighbors until 10 p.m.
Born in Crawfordsville, he was married to Louise Repschlager in 1917. He had been a resident here for 60 year and was a plumber in the car department of the Monon shops for 30 years, retiring in 1950. He attended Immanuel Evangelical and Reformed church and was a member of Carmen's union.
Surviving with the widow is one brother, Tillman of Cleveland, O.
