TROY - Norma M. Taylor, 74, died Monday, April 21, 2008, at her home. She was a member of the Troy First Baptist Church. She loved her family and cared for them first and never complained. She was an encouragement to all she came in contact with.

Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Troy First Baptist Church with Bro. Greg Herndon officiating. Burial will be in Eddington Cemetery. Tutor Memorial Funeral Home of Pontotoc is in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include her husband, Bobby Taylor; her children, Mike, Ricky (Teresa), Tommy (Wanda), Jimmy (Connie) and Timmy (Lisa); 10 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; one brother, Rudolph Gilbert.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Newt and Era Stegall Gilbert, and a daughter, Kathy Taylor Mask.

Pallbearers will be Nick Taylor, Chad Taylor, Casey Taylor, Christopher Taylor, Matthew Taylor and Al Fallin.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. today at the church.
