Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow in Hutchison & Carnes Colonial Chapel for Myrtle Nora Jones, 78, of 995 Indiana St., Gridley, who died Saturday in Memorial Hospital at Gridley.
Elder Richard Stevenson Missionary Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial will be at noon in Gridley- Biggs Cemetery.
An area resident since 1921, she was born Feb. 20, 1903, in Lyons, Neb.
She is survived by four sons, Ray Phillips of Anderson, Marvin Jones of Idaho, David Phillips of Redding and Jerry Jones of Alaska; four daughters, Mary Bourquin of Gridley, Ruth Love of Alaska, Teno Devin of Olivehurst and Alice McCray of Lewiston; a brother, James Chapman of Michigan, 17 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at Hutchison and Carnes Colonial Chapel until 8 p.m. today.
