Our beautiful, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend (82), passed away peacefully early Friday morning, November 2, 2001 surrounded by many family members.
She was born one of the twelve children to James Lawrence and Anna Jensen Healy in Murray, UT, Jan. 16, 1919.
She graduated from Murray High School and married Albert Arthur Robinson in the Salt Lake LDS Temple April 20, 1939. He preceded her in death June 14, 1979. Dorothy worked at the Cottonwood Maternity Hospital and later at the Cottonwood Hospital for many years, eventually retiring from there. She also served as a temple volunteer at Temple Square and in the nursery at the Jordan River Temple. She loved her work as a Relief Society visiting teacher supervisor, became an avid fan of the Utah Jazz and bowled in several leagues throughout the valley for many years.
She is survived by her daughters, Kay Williams, Jeanne (Rod) Ashby, Carol (Mel) Butler, Dawn (Henry) Korzen; and sister, Virginia (Ray) Bringhurst. She was preceded in death by three sisters and seven brothers. At the time of her death she had 20 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
