Mary Lea Fields Naylor, 73, a longtime resident of Centreville, died Sunday Aug. 10, 1997, at Washington Hospital Center.

Mrs. Naylor was a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church, Centreville, and several organizations in the church.

She is survived by her mother, Julia Fields of Coal Valley, Ill.; a son, Benjamin E. Naylor Jr. of Centreville; daughter, Renea Woods of Annandale, Va.; a grandchild; eight brothers; seven sisters; a son-in-law, Relis Woods of Annandale, Va.; uncles and aunts; many relatives and friends; a goddaughter, Sheila Lewis of Reston, Va.; and a devoted friend, Romaine Lewis of Centreville.

Friends will be received at Mount Olive Baptist Church, 6600 Old Centreville Road, Centreville, from 7 to 9 p.m. today and after 10 a.m. Friday, where services will be conducted at 11 a.m. The Rev. Eugene Johnson will officiate. Interment will follow in Cub Run Memorial Gardens, Centreville. Ames Funeral Home, Manassas, is in charge. Information provided by Corprew Funeral Home, Portsmouth.
