Mr Bard, a retired carpenter, died Tuesday. He was 75.
Born in Avondale, Mont. he moved to Spokane in 1921.
Mr Bard was a carpenter in construction for 54 years.
He retired in 1980.
He was a member of Carpenters Union Local 98.
Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Marie Bard, at the home: six daughters, Saundra Hutchins od Wasilla, Alaska, Lois Prinzing of Seattle, Elaine Holmes of Salem, Ore., Linda Cockney of Tuktoyaktuk, Northwest Territories, Diane Madison of POrtland, and Marsha Jonhson of Priest River, Idaho; three sons, Phil Bard Sr. of Sumner, Wash., Michael Bard of Plymouth, Ind., and Dan Bard of Kent, Wash; two brothers, The Rev. Forrest Bard of Eugene, Ore., and Raymond Bard of Greenacres,; 35 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
