She was born in Silvana in Snohomish County to Charles and Hazel (Manson) Flannery and moved to Brinnon in 1965.
Her first marriage was to Albert McCanless.
She married Marvin Lorenzen in Port Angeles on Aug. 11, 1965.
In 1987, she retired as a Brinnon school bus driver who had been honored with a five-year safe-driving award.
Mrs. Lorenzen, was a member the Booster Club and Fire Department Auxiliary. She also belonged to Eastern Star, of which she was Past Worthy Matron.
In addition to doing needlework, her interests included reading and bowling.
Survivors include her husband; son and daughter-in-law Kenneth and Donna McCanless of Boulder, Colo.; daughter Linda Steele and stepdaughter Teresa Leeberg, both of Brinnon; four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by brother Paul McCann.
Services: Held Nov. 22 in Brinnon Cemetery with Pastor Bill Reed officiating.
