Mrs. Margaret O. Ferree

Margaret Olive, daughter of L. N. and Malvina French, was born ** Fairchance, Pennsylvania, and passed away at her home in Edgar, Nebraska, Jul 15, 1945. As a child she came to Nebraska with her parents. S** attended school in Nelson, later teaching in Nuckolls county (sic). At the age of twelve she united with the Christian church.

On October 14, 1891, she was married to Charles Morton Ferree.

She leaves to mourn her passing besides relatives and many friends, *** daughter, Mrs. C. C. Stout of North Platte, Nebraska, grandchildren, Morton E. Stout, Marines, and Lieut. and Mrs. Winfield M. St*in, and a great grandson Winfield Morton Stein. One daughter pa**ed away in infancy. Her husband preceded her in death twelve days before,

Mrs. Ferree was an active member in ** Eastern Star and Chapter AA and P. E. O.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, July 17, 1945, a* 2:30 p.m., at the home with Charles Harris, Christian minister, in charge.

Mrs. Wayne Hunter sang "Going Home" with Wilma Merrill at the piano.

Pallbearers were: Clark Kinnison, Martin Saum, Roy Cline, A. A. Recht, B. W. Merrill and Loyal Beavers.

Interment was made in the Edgar cemetery (sic)..
