She was the daughter of James H Roberts and Julia Ann (Urley) Roberts

NANCY JANE BORING, died in her late home in Pine Township, Saturday, Sept. 27, at 10:15 o'clock, following a long illness.
She was a daughter of James and Julia Ann Urley Roberts, and was born October 30, 1849 in Buffington Township, and had lived her entire life in the vicinity of Strongstown.
The deceased was the eldest member of the Strongstown Methodist Church.
Surviving are these nine children: John, Harry and Albert, New Florence R.D.; Thomas, DuBois; Gilbert, Hughie and Mrs. Margaret Bennett, Strongstown; Mrs. Martha Jane Adams, Indiana, R.D. 3 and Mrs. Nancy Makins, Huff, PA.
Sixty-Five grandchildren, 181 great-grandchildren, 110 great-great-grandchildren, one brother, James Roberts of Johnstown and one sister, Mrs. Rebecca Pugh of Vintondale R.D. 1 also survive.
Friends are being received in the family home in Strongstown until Tuesday noon, when the body will be removed to the Strongstown Methodist Church, where friends may pay their respects on hour before the services, Rev. Ralph S. Robinson and the Rev. D. N. Clamps, will have charge of the funeral services, Tuesday afternoon at 3:00. Interment will be held in Pineland Cemetery, Strongstown.

Woman with more than 360 Descendants Expires at 97 - Mrs. Nancy Jane Boring Succumbs in Home in Strongstown. - Mrs. Nancy Jane Boring, who celebrated her 97th birthday anniversary last Oct. 31, died yesterday in her home in Strongstown, Indiana Co. Her descendants number more than 360. She was the mother of 16 children and outlived seven of them.
She leaves nine children. At a recent count there were 65 grandchildren, 181 great-grandchildren, 104 great-great-grandchildren and one great-great-great-grandchild.
Mrs. Boring, the former Nancy Jane Roberts was born Oct. 31, 1849 in Buffington Twp. She would have reached her 98th milestone in another month.
