A MOTHER HAS GONE
Mrs. Tom Marshall passed away at a Waco sanitarium last Friday noon after undergoing an operation for appendicitis, where she was taken only a few days before.
The remains were brought back to her home on Brown Ranch on Friday afternoon in the Lee Hardware Co. ambulance. Interment in City Cemetery Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock, Frv. E.R. Patterson, pastor of the Methodist Church, conducting the services.
Much has been taken from this husband and ten children, and the large circle of relatives and friends; sweet ties have been severed, but much is left. The Christian's hope and fadeless memories are still theirs. Active pall bearers were: P.P. Morrison, Jim Johnson, John Walters, S. Tennison, J.A. Davis and J.T. Chamblee.
