MRS ELIZABETH BOAL DEAD
Mrs Elizabeth Boal died at her home in Adams Township Sunday night, shortly after midnight of paralysis complicated with other diseases. She had been in delicate health for several weeks and was apparently convalescent until last Thursday when she suffered a stroke of paralysis from which she never recovered. Mrs Catherine Elizabeth Boal was the daughter of Mr and Mrs Casper Melcher and was born and raised in this county. Upon reaching womanhood she married Cyrus B Boal and to this union were born nine sons and one daughter. The husband and three of the sons are dead. The children living are Seth Boal of Conesville, Anderson Boal of Delaware, Ohio, George Boal of Dallas, Texas, Marion Boal of Coshocton; Mrs Anna Kreider and Judson and Alonzo Boal of Adams Township. Mrs Boal was one of the best known women in this vicinity, for she was known by almost everyone in the northern part of this county and was also well known in a part of Coshocton County. She delighted in extending her acquaintanceship and was at all times a good conversationalist. She will be greatly missed by those who knew her so well. She was about 67 years of age. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday afternoon at one o'clock by Rev N H Harter at the Zion Lutheran Church in Adams Township and the remains will be interred in the cemetery at that place.((This obituary appeared in the Adamsville Register, Adamsville, Ohio)
