Funeral services for Charlie Thomas Eubanks, 75, of Central Fire Tower Road, were held May 20 at 2 p.m. at Crossroads Methodist Church.

He was a lifelong resident of George County. He was retired from Lucedale veneer Mill, where he was employed for 32 years. He was a World War II Army Veteran and a member of the Crossroads Methodist Church. He died May 18 at Providence Hospital in Mobile.

Survivors include his wife, Nora Bell Eubanks (now deceased) of Lucedale; six children (1 now deceased Charlene Howell) and 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

Also surviving are one brother (now deceased) Walter Lee Eubanks of Lucedale and two sisters (now deceased) Dora Jane Tucker and Bernice Howard and his mother-in-law (now deceased) Nancy Ellen Parker of Lucedale.

Services were conducted by Rev. Larry Havard and Rev. Ray Meadows. Interment was in the Crossroads Cemetery with Sigler Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
