Born April 27, 1933 in Rushville, she was the daughter of Francis "Doc" and Mabel (Baines) Owens, both deceased. She married Willard Dickey; he preceded her in death.
Mrs. Dickey was a homemaker.
Survivors include son, Jerry Bowling of Rushville; daughters, Mary (Ronnie) Palmer, Jackie Adkins, Lavada (Mark) Sons, all of Rushville, and Kelly (Aaron) Gabbard of Fayette County; sister, Mary (John) Schlechtweg of Rushville; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents she was preceded by one son, Timothy Allen Bowling.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. today at Todd Funeral Home in Rushville with the Rev. William Turner officiating. Burial will follow in Rushville's East Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. today at the funeral home.
