From the April 13, 1890 edition of the Chicago Tribune: "Hazel Harrington, the 4-year-old daughter of S. H. Harrington, President of the Harrington-King Perforating Company, who resides at Riverside, was drowned in the Desplaines River Friday evening. She fell in while playing on the bank. Yesterday morning the body was found by a little boy."
